This is the second International Conference on Bio-Inspired Computing: Theory and Applications, which is to built upon the success of BIC-TA 2006 held in Wuhan, China. BIC-TA 2007 aims to provide a high-level international forum for researchers working in the main areas of natural computing inspired from biology to present their recent results and exchange ideas.
